FAQ
Pricing questions.
What is the $99 one-time setup fee for?
The setup fee covers provisioning your dedicated Australian SMS number, configuring your missed-call automation, connecting it to your existing business phone line, and setting up your initial AI reply messages. It's a single charge — you only pay your monthly plan fee after that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access until then. There are no cancellation fees.
What happens if I go over my SMS limit?
Extra SMS beyond your monthly allowance are charged at 15c each. These overage fees are added to your next monthly invoice. If you consistently exceed your limit, upgrading to a higher plan may be more cost-effective.
Do unused SMS roll over?
No. Your included SMS allowance resets at the start of each billing month. Unused SMS do not carry over to the next month.
Is the setup fee refundable?
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once configuration work has commenced. If you request a refund for your first subscription charge within 14 days, the subscription portion may be refunded under our refund policy, but the setup fee portion is not.
