- Account details: name, business name, email, phone number.
- Customer phone numbers and SMS content sent or received through the service.
- Missed-call metadata (caller number, time, duration).
- Billing information processed by our payment provider.
- Usage and device data for security and product improvement.
2. How we use your information
To deliver the SMS automation service, send transactional messages on your behalf, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with the law, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
3. SMS, consent and opt-out
By using Get Pingy you confirm you have a lawful basis (inferred or express consent under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)) to send SMS to people who call your business. Every automated SMS sent through Get Pingy includes a functional unsubscribe option (e.g. reply STOP). Opt-out requests are honoured within the timeframes required by Australian law.
4. Disclosure
We share information only with: telecommunications carriers required to deliver SMS, our cloud and payment providers (bound by confidentiality), and authorities where required by law.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on secure servers. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Some providers may store data outside Australia; we take steps to ensure equivalent protection.
